Last time I went gym some fking bd changed the digital radio station from Kisstory to BBC 1Xtra (in the weights area). Went today and it was still on that station. not happy. it's fking st!
Also on both occasion i came across the typical person walking around naked and proud, the hair dryers in the mens is right beneath and slightly to the side of the large TV that's always on too. Not fun trying to watch tv while changing and see someone blow drying their nuts.

I cannot stand whatever my gym puts on the speakers, most wear earphones anyway, it's not a disco.

I normally wear my earphones, but for some hard circuits where I stay on one spot I've bought a bluetooth speaker for when I use the power rack. Since the bods I ask to turn the music down often respond with I don't have the keys to that room.

If you trained in my gym, you'd be my moan.

Do they do this at home? What the fk is wrong with a towel?

Are any of them in here? Go on, admit it. You fking weirdos.

Do you guys not zone out when doing 'exercise'?

More people in the gym wearing dick print tracksuit bottoms that shouldnt be wearing them, think i may take it to the next level and just wear my running tights next time and strut around

Douche curling in the squat rack again this week. Literally. He does it all the time. Huge arms and chest; legs like someone who doesn't lift.

He's such a prat that everything he does now annoys me. He was 'bench pressing' 140kg today with 2 inch range of motion and lots of help from his spotter. Ego lifting at its worst.

(In short, he's a dhead but still stronger than me...)

Ergh. I recall a guy in DL Trafford, he used to wear white Skins™. He either wore a thong or nowt underneath...

I do notice young lads now like to wear compression tights. I have a Skins™, but I normally wear them under shorts, but mine don't disappear up my arse either.
I did wear my running tights this week on one of my days... biggrin

Compression tights, under shorts, are brilliant. Same goes for compression tops. You get warm so much faster and don't lose warmth between sets.

Agreed, I'm a big fan. Especially as my gym is always cold.

Always wear shorts though!

Always wear shorts over the top of compression/running tights. Why does anyone find it acceptable not to wear them I have no idea.

I would like to nominate people who don't use lockers.

Every time I enter the changing room, there's coats, bags, clothes, shoes strewn all over the changing benches and hooks.

People just leave it and go to their workout.

I shove this crap along a bench and change. Go to a locker to put my bag in to find someone has put their stuff in without locking the locker.

Open another locker, same

And another, same. mad

1. Do these people not worry about stuff getting nicked?

2. Is it really that hard to pack your stuff in a bag and lock it in a locker?

Cretins

That drives me nuts, especially the f*ckwits who cart a holdall around the gym with them. Have these imbeciles ever stopped to consider what would happen if every other c*nt decided to do that?

I blame certain yank YouTube personalities who stoat about the gym with their bags, gallon jugs and in one case, his f*cking dug. Now that WOULD drive me insane!

Ahh those MC Hammr type pants, yeh, they are funny. And fairly inappropriate I think, just not designed for any decent movement pattern.
