Some new scores on the board today:

Bench - 149kg (by the same guy who did the pull ups)
Row - a couple of guys under 7.23 but the best is still only 7.18

Finally a good rowing score has come in at 6.58 and the bench has been slightly increased to 152kg.

I'm still trying to get under 7.30 on the rower, I think I am leaving too much energy at the end. I need to hammer it until I either finish or fail and not pace myself safely! Got the bike down to 7.15 and run to 6.01 but feel there must be 20 seconds improvement on those if I focused more - love a good competitive challenge!

that 6.28 on the bike is good....

I had a first attempt which was 8.29, little bro did 7.24 and big bro 8.20 dead. (who is over 20 stone so bit annoyed he beat me, but I am in ACL rehab)

I've got an annual appraisal at work next week. Seriously tempted to insist that a pull-up bar would increase my productivity!

We are very lucky to have a gym on site (but you do have to pay £20pm for it) - its got a fully equipped gym, 2 squash courts, sports hall, studio, 2 outdoor 5 a side pitches, 2 tennis courts, full size grass football pitch, golf nets, and trim trail around the perimeter.

The bike is pretty good. I don't know how much easier gym bikes are than outside on the road?

I will try that next week, should give a good idea of how hard that is!

I'm afraid the bike time is no longer that good!

A guy who is a serious runner has posted a 1 mile run score of 4.58 and also a 5k bike score of 5.38.

But then the bike score has been beaten with a 5.37 from the same fella who did the 2k row in 6.58.

I did the bike today and managed a 6.38 but there is no way I'll get down to sub 6min

It's the last week of the challenge so I'm guessing people's best scores will start to appear.
