Erm I had chocolate which was alright. Not the best but not the worst. My OH tried lemon cheesecake which again was OK.
Would you like a sample of lemon cheesecake sending through the post?

I've topped up on protein. Took the opportunity to order some BCAA pills which I've never used, but have read about.
