Got my OH on a diet plan I hope is good for what she wants.
She's 5'4 and slightly over weight; she wants to go back to modelling so needs to trim up.
So far her daily intake is:
Breakfast:
-50g of cornflakes
-125? Ml of milk

Lunch:
-2 roast potatoes split into 4 for 'skins' with 130g of chicken split between them and a little cheese on top

Tea:
-130g of chicken
-75g of cauliflower cheese
-200g of mixed veg

She trains with me 4x a week consisting of a 10min warm up on bike then hour and half of weights varying from 10 reps to 5 reps for the heavier stuff

Ive put her on a carb restricted diet of 150g a day and it works out she's eating roughly 1200 cals

What else should be chucked in to optimise results (which she wants by end of March.
Cheers

Diet wise, as long as she's on a deficit then she will lose weight.

With the training, I know there is a good argument for weights vs cardio for men but I would recommend more cardio for your OH. From personal experience watching my wife get back down to a 6-8 twice after having children, cardio was the key.

Weights + HIIT + mild calorie deficit = Happy Smiffette.
