So, for the last few months I have been suffereing with Eczema. I do alot of sports and shower at least once a day. I also moisturise. But try as I might all the creams (perscripition and over the counter) simply aren't working.

Can anyone recommend a lotion, cream, tablet or potion which will help me or at least shed some light onto why I can't shift this bd?!

Try and use Cetaphil gentle cleanser in the shower instead of any soap based product

I can bring Eczema on if I use soap, Cetaphil seems to keep it at bay

I have a real problem with Eczema on my hands. I have found that it is aggravated by getting them wet and not drying them properly. Make sure to thoroughly dry yourself and it may help.

I use Netrogena Norwegian formula cream, it is very thick and greasy and is absorbed well. I also use Hydro-cortisone when it is really bad but you can't use the repeatedly.

Highly recommend Aqueous cream, you can get it in Lloyd's pharmacies, works as a soap replacement but I also use it as a moisturiser since most others trigger my ridiculously sensitive skin.
