You seem like a smart chap and have thought through the implications.

One point to note however is gyno can be reduced but it isn't reversible for most once they have it without an operation. The trick as I understand it is stop to it getting out of hand if you are prone too it. If you detect it and act it can be stopped, reduced and made to disappear however it comes fast and is of a reasonable size then from the experience I have seen with other dudes and the forums an operation is more than often required.

I think like most things, seek moderation, be smart and be preparedsmile
Nail on the head.

Also- If you do decide to take- log progress on here, it'd be great to see the difference it can make.
I meant reduced but reversed is still an option even if it surgery tongue out
of course any side affects linked i will google any options to reduce these and i will keep a log as most logs are from guys around 140lb which we PHers are certainly not! We are powerfully built company directors with goatees and red bull for a pre workout biggrinhehe

I just fancy getting involved in this thread, just as interested party - I don't know all that much about PH, and a little more about steroids but still not all that much.

Just out of interest, what are your current best lifts? Say Squat, deadlift, Bench and OH press? a did you say 134kg bw?

From the little I've heard of PHs, the effects are less than steroids but the side effects can be just as bad, if not worse - especially compared to the gains.

I personally would never touch either PHs or steroids. 2 main reasons (aside from the risks of the negative side effects). 1. I can be fairly paranoid. I have a mile/moderate OCD and I struggle to let someone buy me a drink because I can't see it being poored, so taking a drug that could be X Y or Z mixed with A B or C just isn't something I would ever be able to do. 2. And a totally personal thing, I see it as cheating. I like the fact that I have made all my gains. I'm strong because of the hard work I've put in. I would rather Deadlifts 250kg naturally in a years time than do it in 3 months using steroids.

This isn't me trying to pursuade you either way, just adding my musings. As others have very sensibly said whatever you do, do start small and do it sensibly after doing ALL the research.

im just toying with the idea as a boost rather than a permanent thing as ive had injuries slowing me down so ive been lifting the same the last 4/5 months
Bench is 140kg
Squat is 140kg (its pathetic and i have no idea why)
OH press is 100kg
Deadlift is 180kg nearly had 190kg but my back cracked so dropped the weight laugh
Im on no supplements and currently dont get all protein i need due to personal circumstances that arent the best atm smile
Which probably explains the lack of progress im making. This will be my priority first thing though when i can afford to do it properly again
