Conclusion
In resistance-trained young men who do not significantly alter their training regimen, consuming a high protein diet (2.6 to 3.3 g/kg/day) over a 4-month period has no effect on blood lipids or markers of renal and hepatic function. Nor were there any changes in performance or body composition. This is the first crossover trial using resistance-trained subjects in which the elevation of protein intake to over four times the recommended dietary allowance has shown no harmful effects.

Nice.

I find my sex drive goes through roof when I take zinc and magnesium

I used to take ZMA but stopped as I would get bad tingling in hands and sex drive went really high, I then took Zinc/mag/calcium supplement for a while and then stopped a few months back

Last few weeks/month my sex drive has been a bit down on usual, but all still works as it should, just not much interest.

Started taking zinc and mag supplement again and sex drive has gone high again . I know it could be placebo, but I know my own body and there is a definite change, "output" is more as well, I feel better in myself as well

Anyone else get this?
So, does it build muscle all over or just in the right arm ?

That's some very quick pressing! 4x10 to stimulate synthesis? Hmm... .

Yes it does. It also states the sample had been training concurrently for 6 months before the research was conducted. When was the last time any of us trained for six months non-stop? No injuries? No layoffs? Some will be plateauing, some will have bottomed out, any holidays? etc etc...

How you finding it?

I'm ignoring Halb as he's having a dig at someone called Digger, . . . .

Placed an order with bulkpowders along with some L-Glu, Bcaa, protein.

I alternate between MyProtein's powder and tabs. My powder has run out so I've ordered some tabs. Yesterday I actually filled baskets with similar products with both MyProtein and Bulkpowders and found BP a smidge cheaper (both with decent 30% and 35% discounts) plus they do Vitargo which I'm gonna try out.
