Folks

This has probably been done before, but could I have some recommendations of the above?

You're never going to get a real definitive answer here unfortunately. A lot of advocates of multi's and supps and those who oppose them.

The best multi on the market is MEANT to be Orange Triad by Controlled Labs. However, it's not cheap (cheapest I've found is 25 quid for about 6 weeks supply). Have a look at reviews and studies of this one, it comes out trumps from what I've seen.

Personally I take Alpha Men by MyProtein as my multi + I take whatever high concentration cod liver oil caps I can find.

Do they help? No idea.

I think the cod liver oil helps my knee joints as I had Osgood Schlatters (sp?) as a kid and my knees crunch a lot. When I’m taking cod liver oil regularly, they don’t crunch as much, if at all. Placebo? I don’t know.

I've used the boots range before; Multivitamins, Vit D, fish/omega oil caplets, vit C and CaMg.
Didn't seem to do any harm, but no good either.

You won't find a definitive answer anywhere.

Save with Dr Sheldon Copper.
