Spinach & broccoli I have blended with cherries, pineapple, banana and strawberries.
Not a bad tasting smoothie to be honest.

Ah, thanks!Try lifting without your shoes on, and keep the bar real close to your shins / legs. Those two aspects alone should see you lifting the same weight much nicer.

Tried to get through a circus maximus workout this morning (12 reps kettlebell thruster, 12 reps deadlift, 12 pushups for 12 rounds) and got half way through before flagging completely.
