Cheers - not sure what you mean by out of position? Having watched it back it looks like my bum was a bit high; did I start with the bar too far forwards as well?
Just too far over the bar, watch your heels; they raise off the ground several times so you're driving through your toes essentially.

How come they're out? Your getting your leafy greens?

Just following a recommended diet first to see how I get on.
Spinach & broccoli I have blended with cherries, pineapple, banana and strawberries.
Not a bad tasting smoothie to be honest.

Yep, the fact that you were losing a fair bit of heel drive means there's more in the bag biggrin

Try lifting without your shoes on, and keep the bar real close to your shins / legs. Those two aspects alone should see you lifting the same weight much nicer.

Tried to get through a circus maximus workout this morning (12 reps kettlebell thruster, 12 reps deadlift, 12 pushups for 12 rounds) and got half way through before flagging completely.

Some days you're the hammer and some days you're the nail.

Saw the rows/dips on insta. Your dip power is insane! And rows!

Damn, thought it was my sex swing...oh well, it was this.
https://uk.matrixfitness.com/en/innovations/s-driv...
they have two, plus two ski erg rowers, not seen those before, and a prowler and another lifting platform and squat cage and some other bits and pieces, plus, best of all, a full set of competition grade kettlebells.

PLus I noticed new O bars, all Wolverson make, and I am pretty sure they are thinner, one can instantly tell as soon as I tried to do my circuit yesterday.
