Wish we had ones as heavy at our gym here. Only go up to 60kg and can rep away until fitness makes me stop!
Get a DB handle- that's what I use, loaded with the fat/stubby 20kg plates (thinner std size ones are too tall)
Tried this before with disasterous effects as the collars here rubbish!

They fell off on my foot yesterday mid-set, big graze down my shin too..... One way round it is to use a band, wrapped end to end- holds them on nicely if the collars are ste.

What about wrapping a chain around a T-bar set up and single pulley handle, would that work for one arm rows?

As long as it's secure, I don't see why not- could you not just hold the bar for 1 arm rows though? may be easier/safer too.

I tried this Carry, Run & Press workout for the first time the other night.

I used a 50Kg bag for the carries, and a 30Kg (I should have gone heavier) for the clean & press.

I sweated a bit.

Probably makes me a bit of a nerd, but I have a pair of these collar/clamps I take to the gym. Way more secure than the spring clips they have.

I use these for both my 1" and 2" bars. I wouldn't use anything else now, so quick and easy to remove/clamp in place, and the plates don't budge!

These are brilliant yes

Way, WAY better than the usual spring collars. More secure and dead easy to slide in and out. Err, ahem...

I got 2 pairs of these for my new Olympic and EZ barbells, quite a bargain (the 1" versions are double the price for some reason..

These were the exact ones I was using when the weights fell off yesterday biggrin Problem is that they are very wide, and won't fit on if there isn't a couple of inches spare on the ends. A couple of bangs pushed them far enough that they didn't have full purchase, and 50kg of plates tumbled on to my shin.

I still use my 1" spinlock DB's, I feel safer with them, especially for DB Pullovers where the weight is hovering above my head!
I also did order a pair of extra long DB's (again, spinlocks) for the one arm rows - I can pile on loads of weight with them.

I'm going to start logging again to track progress more closely...

Shoulders & Tri's today:
Standing strict: 70kg, 30 reps across 5 sets
Dips: 8xBW, 8x+20kg, 8x+40, 7x+60,+60, 20xBW
Seated lat raise: 5 sets 12.5kg DB
Standing lat raise: 4 sets 20kg DB
Cable tri pushdowns: 9 sets to failure (3 overhand, 3 under, 3 V-bar)
Some posing practice.

My standing strict has dropped off miles as I've not done it for ages, sure it'll come up quick enough though. Everything else was good. Tri's are growing well- sure it's all the cable work.

Great deadlift session today - set a new PB and broke through a major barrier!

Finally managed a single 200kg (no straps) at a current weight of 77kg. I've been trying to get there for months, not helped by also trying to lose weight / bodyfat(curr down 10kg and 6% bodyfat)

Very pleased !

51 miles on the road bike. 15.8mph average, 2000ft climbing.

Had a blood test this morning, so fasted from 2030 last night. Felt a tad lightheaded to start but got into it. Legs were killing me after 30-35 miles, got a headache too... Stopped at my mum's to add the extra to take me over 50 miles, took a Co-codamol while I was there. Instant relief, legs sorted. Headache gone.

Could have ridden a load more after that but I'm working tonight so best get some rest.

Was a good day.

Final session of the week, legs and arms for the third time. had quite a headache for most of the session today, especially when exerting myself to the full on final reps - squats were the worst. Drank loads of water, but couldn't shake it. Managed to get through though, and by the end, it wasn't so bad.

Squats - 5x5 reps
Hamstring Curls - 4 x 12 reps
Calf Raises - 5 x 15 reps

Superset:
Close grip bench Press - 5 x 12-6 reps
Standing EZ Bar Curls - 5 x 12-8 reps

Superset:
Seated Triceps Extensions - 4 x 12-10 reps
Reverse Curl - 4 x 12-8 reps

Incline DB Curls - 4 x 12-8 reps

Decent session last night but woke this morning with serious lower back pain. Strangely (given the exercises I did), I think bicep curls did it!

Squat: 20 x 155kg (not too hard so pushing from a PB next few weeks)
Dumbbell shoulder press: 10 x 42.5kg, 6 x 47.5kg
Bent-over rows: 10 x 170kg, 16 x 150kg
Barbell bicep curls: 10 x 60kg, 10 x 55kg, 12 x 50kg.

First session of the week, chest and back - and cripes was it hot. I may need to get air con!

Wide Grip Pull Ups - 5 x 12-8 reps

Bench Press - 6 x 12/12/10/7/5/2
I felt very strong with 120kg, and was confident I'd do 130 - but I must have used up most of what I had left, and failed half way up. Will try again Thursday, and do less reps before attempting it. Was disappointed, though..

Incline Bench Press - 4 x 12-8 reps
DB Pullovers - 4 x 12-8 reps

Deadlift - 3 x 5 reps
BB BOR - 4 x 12-8 reps
Seated Pulley Rows - 4 x 12 reps
Medium width chin ups - 4 x 12-10 reps
