Squats - 6x12-5 reps
Bench Press - 6x12-2 reps
Power Clean - 8x2 reps
BB Clean and Press - 6x5 reps (up to 75kg) and then two singles with 80kg
Wide Grip Pull Up (chest to bar) - 4x14-8 reps
BB BOR - 4x12-8 reps

I think you'd be better off adopting a split jerk/power jerk due to your wide hand position then?

That was a split/push/jerk! (or as best as I can imitate) I need a lot of tech work, but think there's a lot to come when I don't just mong it up. I think you'd be better off adopting a split jerk/power jerk due to your wide hand position then?
160kg is my aim for this year, it's the 105 Scottish axle record- lots to do.
