At the moment deadlift is up, bench slightly down and squat slightly down on September.

In January I was about 230kg deadlift, 135kg bench and 150kg squat at 90kg. I got a couple of injuries but hoping to beat all of those in a couple of months.

Pretty sure i've got 200 in the bank for a deadlift (managed 2 reps at 190 after a fairly heavy few sets prior at 140 and 170.

Squat not sure

I normally rep at 60kgs 5 sets of 10. Today I did 3 sets of 10 at 60, 1 set of 8 at 80 and 1 set of 6 at 100.

I know I can do 110. There' might be 120 available.

85kg bench is max. NO CHANCE.
I'm so weeeeeaaaak.

Again, some serious increases there dude. Especially in less than five months. bow

When you consider so many at most gyms keep lifting the same old weights and reps, effectively getting nowhere, this progress is impressive.

Your bench has gone up. You do it regularly now?
And 300 for deadlift? That's decent.

300 for squat, 285 for deadlift. Going to try powerlifting for a while- so I expect bench to go up now i'm going to be training it weekly, I'll maybe even develop some pec strength! Deadlift is a slow mover for me, squat seems to be endless progress (though I do train it much harder)

(Edit- In fact, wraps off, squat will be about 280/285kg.)

What programs do you now use for all three?
It's your tricep strength that gives you a good bench?
I'm gonna start lifting again. Never be what I used to be but threads like this make me envious.

Ditto.

I packed in all training in January; just getting back in to it.
I'll be starting with Wendler's 5/3/1 - it's worked for me in the past.

Have to say - don't knock it.

I'm not making progress deliberately now. For years i've bought into the must-add-weight, must-do-more-reps, or whatever mantra... but in my frail old dotage and having had 2 serious injuries in the last 2 years (the only 2 serious injuries i've ever had) i'm now a fully paid up member of the "lifting the same old weights and reps, effectively getting nowhere" brigade. This to me is preferable to having injury number 3, and being unable to train for weeks/months/forever. I train because i love it.

Run my own program for all 3, seems to work well for me- a pretty simple which I've been doing for about a year now. And yup, I'm all tricep for benching, close grip is markedly better than wide, which I'm trying to even out a bit.
