Thanks all for the kind words.
I arrived home Monday night and so far doing fine if a little sore.

The ward I was on looked after me amazingly well for the last 6 weeks and I cannot fault the care I received.

Reversal surgery on 18th July.. had a small complication so still inside but Stoma gone and should be home by weekend. The surgery is a lot easier when fit and well.

Good to hear you're on the road to recovery, have the sent you home with some meds ?

In other news i ran the London Marathon this year to raise money for Chrohns and Colitis, in hindsight i should've put my justgiving link on here, never mind, there's always next year !

Yep home fine but no meds.

Not even pain relief. But doing fine now and back to noraml activities, albeit with some interesting extra scars.

Well done doing the marathon!
