I have squatted 100kgx35 and 110kgx20 but that was a few years back. Would need a lot of conditioning to get back to that.

Well came 10th/27th today although not sure how as my placing in events would suggest 6th or so but hey ho. Cocked up on yoke (first time I've done that!) And set some new PB's for reps in x time
