I've read an article my friend posted of Facebook about the chinese and their training methods.
I found it interesting that horny goat weed is used as their natural test booster.
it's fairly cheap to buy so may have a look into that......

They also ice their balls twice a day for 10 minutes :|
Is there anything that's worth taking?
There's only one thing "worth taking" if you want to increase your testosterone by an amount that would have any impact on your training whatsoeverIs there anything that's worth taking?
And that st REALLY isn't worth taking

What about all these nitric oxide products and the like?
I only take creatine, whey and dextrose.
worth taking bcaa's?
But I absolutely could be wrong about this!

My understanding (and I'm happy to be re-edjurmicated) is that BCAAs assist people who do a lot of cardio fitness stuff, e.g. running, from burning muscle gained during weight training. If all your cardio comes from weight training, I don't think you have a problem that needs fixing.
But I absolutely could be wrong about this!

bcaas = only if you train fasted or do some sort of IF programme (ie not you). Food is full of bcaas, and so is your whey. Contrary to the above, bcaas should be avoided if you do lots of cardio, as they add a significant amonia load to the liver, and inhibit your endurance

Yeh I thought so. It's why I stick to basic stuff. Only thing I'm trying now is upping carbs via weetabix lol.bcaas = only if you train fasted or do some sort of IF programme (ie not you). see if it will help and not add extra unwanted mass
I'm trying something new to add to my morning pre-workout shake to replace myprotein instant oats. Waxy Maize (sounds like a pornstar!) is a fast acting complex carb. I've recently stopped doing fasted cardio as I always found I was downing a gel or two throughout the workout. A first thing in the morning shake of a banana & a small amount of Instant oats now usually negates the need for a gel but occasionally I need to down one.
I must be careful not to consume too much Waxy Maize as it's pretty high in carbs.

Anyone who hasn't tried AAKG for a growth phase should prepare to be shocked when they do. Funnily enough it's also excellent for your heart.
