Feck. Hope it's nothing serious. Good luck.

Perhaps it's wheat? IBS?

Me too, had to cancel Yorkshire's strongest which I'm gutted about frown

IBS is probably the likely outcomes although it's not technically an ilness, just a broad term used if they don't know (apparently anyway)
I don't think an intolerance would've happened so quickly as it has with me which is why I don't think it is but not ruling it out.

Was it suggested by doctors or self infliction?

Hmmmm....... interesting, I'll have to wait until my diagnosis though. .

I've also decided next week I'm going to attempt new PB's even with a dodgy gut!

Well I've only been twice today so far, maybe I'm onto something with low fibre.
Reading about crohn's disease, if I do have it, I could also he lactose intolerant. I haven't cut out cheese last few days so I'll cut that out next and see if this helps.

In the meantime, any suggestions?

So far no milk and low fibre = less trips to toilet

ETA: any recommendations on low fibre, high carb foods with no lactose smile
