*cough* Should be relaxed: Body Measurements.

Measure body parts in their relaxed state. Ensure that muscles are not flexed, particularly the biceps - bodybuilders have a natural tendency to do this - as this will produce an inconsistent result given there is usually a wide variation between individual, flexed body parts. For example, a flexed biceps will increase in size more than a flexed calf.

To be fair, you'd need to catch him first hehe

Anyway, how *is* everyone's progress?

Me? I've just been ticking over really, nursing a couple of shoulder niggles, so I haven't been progressing much in terms of strength. Aesthetics, yes, but that's just down to the change in training focus.

Another couple of months and I'll get back into the strength stuff. Target is 180kg squat @ c73kg BW.

Deads, squats, OHP, bench if you want.......
it was a stupid question really wasn't it tongue out

next comp in November is max axle using (I think) a scaffold pole with wheels attached.

This will also improve grip massively

Presumably they slide weights onto it to make it difficult to shift about rather than trying to build a structure that would make H&S people cry.
