Yes the bar will weigh something like 60kg with tyres on (normally welded in place) then weights added on

Max deadlift. Bar is around 2" so normal plates just slide on.

No I attended a 21st birthday which started at 1pm (bbq)
Seen the videos though.
kinda glad I didn't though as my turbo broke on way home from party (only 37k on clock! )

TBH, Pilchard, I think it's pretty nasty. I think you look better in the pics you posted a year or so ago IIRC. Ignoring the muscle, it reminds me of when my dad was on his last days as he couldn't eat due to a blockage in his oesophagus. Tis a great way of losing weight.
