I promise I'm not stalking you but am I right in thinking you use accumeasure 3000?

Also, I seem to recall reading recently (might be an old thread) that you were about 10% bf and looking to lose a couple of % through diet as you would only need to lost a couple of lbs, is that right or have I imagined that? I'm currently about 11% and would like to get to about 8% in a couple of weeks if possible so imagine diet would be the easiest way to achieve if I accept there will be a slight muscle loss as well.

I have the accumeasure and another one that's spring loaded and more accurate but impossible to read without the use of a mirror!

i swing between about 7% and 10% depending on whether i'm drinking a whole bottle of wine every day, or just half a bottle smile I can go from 10% to 8% in about 5-6 days if i really want to (which is what i've done last week following a gluttonous work trip to the US.... Avoid cardio, eat lots of protein and veg and you wont lose any muscle at all in 2 weeks even at a 1000 calorie deficit

Brilliant. That noise you heard in the distance is the sound of a hundred clean eaters raging about how you have to cut out booze.

But there are no calories in food eaten after dark, right?

WRONG. Calories don't count if you eat them in the dark. Subtle difference which may explain things?

This. I can get away with being a borderline functioning alcoholic. In fact i think ive only had 3 days in 2014 where i havent drunk something!

But avoid carbs when drunk. Eat meat instead!
