I'm currently about 11% and would like to get to about 8% in a couple of weeks if possible so imagine diet would be the easiest way to achieve if I accept there will be a slight muscle loss as well.

i swing between about 7% and 10% depending on whether i'm drinking a whole bottle of wine every day, or just half a bottle I can go from 10% to 8% in about 5-6 days if i really want to (which is what i've done last week following a gluttonous work trip to the US.... Avoid cardio, eat lots of protein and veg and you wont lose any muscle at all in 2 weeks even at a 1000 calorie deficit
