I did something wrong today.......
cardio yikes

Lasted 10 mins on cross trainer before the burn was too much. It's a start though, going to it twice a week and try and up the time to 30 mins

Im enjoying cardio at the moment. Its meaning I can still eat caramel digestives and burn fat at the same time.

You will lean up for sure. It probably won't hurt your strength as you're a big guy, but it will fk with your recovery.

Don't be daft!

My advice, since I'm old and learnt a thing or two, is to reduce the volume of your lifting, but go as heavy as you can with really low reps and big rests between sets. Then do your cardio in a separate session a few hours later.

You still need to rest big en.

Not really sure what training you do or how you split it up but my advice would be if your doing cardio do legs as your last workout of the week. Or you wont be able to do st or thats how i find it anyway.

Can you give us a summary? Are the lies serious?

Exposing lies can be both entertaining and extremely dangerous depending on the individual....

Ive got a new job starting tomorrow, longer hours so Im only going to have time for gym 3 days a week. If I do push / pull / legs split, will that be enough? I dont like the idea of 4 rest days, seems to much!
Think its worth getting some suspension straps and doing bodyweight stuff at home, just to keep the muscles working?
