PH 2014 Goals, Progress & Transformations Thread

Thanks guys, very happy with my progress when I see a comparison like that.

Strength is great too. I'm not massively strong for my size, but do ok. I weight around 82kg, can shoulder press 120 kg and deadlift 170kg.

Keeping cutting a bit more, still got some stubborn stomach fat, then will do a slow bulk after Christmas.

Indeed, especially for only 8 weeks! Would be interested in how you changed your diet and training to get to this stage!?
