So was thinking of making my own preworkout eventually (when I have money).
Came across a article on bodybuilding.com that suggested a lot .
It's not in any order although it was meant to be..... biggrin
Any of these you don't recommend?

Aiming for 5RM double BW on deadlifts by Christmas and 1RM double BW squats.

20kg off the deadlifts although haven't really pushed hard the past few weeks and about 30kg on squat. Wish me luck!

Don't worry, once the T count drops low enough, you'll stop growing facial hair.

Wooo no more shaving.

So apart from weight loss (which I'm already doing), I'm not sure what else to do? I wasn't expecting a drop :/

Ok so pretty new to pistonheads so I'm only just joining now

I'll use this thread to track my progress over the following 9 months.

I'm currently 180kg and around 40% body fat and in 9 months I turn 30 and need to change otherwise I don't think I will ever loose it. My aim is 130kg with around 10% body fat. I suspect the first 30kg to drop off pretty quickly but struggle after that. Ideally I want to be 140kg for a ski trip in March.

I'm not immune to sports. I play American football and have done so for Great Britain, I cycle a lot and in 2012 I cycled 12000km across Africa. Since then I've broken my ankle, hand, collarbone and torn all the ligaments in my right ankle. Unfortunate when I don't do exercise I don't stop eating so my weight fluctuates regularly.

I have never done any heavy weight lifting. Generally just using my body weight has made me strong enough but I've decided to up these as well so by the end of 2015 I would like a 300kg deadlift, 250kg squat and 200kg bench

Currently my 1 rep max of each is 210kg deadlift (without straps my first time ever deadlifting) 120kg front squat (have difficulty balancing the bar, and only 100kg bench both of which are also my first times properly doing it

I took my measurements in inches:
Chest 59
Waist 58
Arse 58
Neck 21
Calf 22
Thigh 32
Bicep 21
Forearm 19

(To the best of my knowledge I got the paper at home so will edit any wrong ones)

I've got before photos but I don't think your ready to see them yet!

My ultimate goal is to do the Norseman in 2016

So there I am

No, I suspect that will come down to about 120kg.

At the moment my lean weight is 127kg so ill loose muscle mass when I'm not carting around 180kg but then you have to add 10% to that.

When I finished cycling across Africa I was 23% body fat and still 140kg

130kgs is bigger than the guy on the left, 275lbs at cut weight, Lou Ferrigno .

That's Olympic class size/definition.

AhNold was only 240, in comparison.
