Although the first picture is from July, I lost some and then regained it by September so I've effectively gone from picture one to picture two since late September.
This was when I got a bike through the Cycle to Work scheme, seriously got the bit between my teeth and determined that I wasn't going to start 2015 like I have the last 10 years - full of good intentions and nothing ever coming of them.
Just hoping Christmas won't be too damaging!

Suprised at how quiet the gym was yesterday had it to myself for most of my workout.
Need to find a new gym for the start of this year. Since swapping jobs it's not really viable to use my normal one anymore as it was near work, I've been making do with a rubbish one near home for the last month or so. I do have one that will be open in March I think so could do with finding somewhere better for a few months.
Anyone know of any around Cheedle j2 on the M62 area ? As it might be easier to go straight from work.
