Build as fine as it is for the last 3 years. 6% BF and in the best shape of my life at 36. I seem to have found the right balance
of doing the amount of weight training in the gym and cardio on the court and getting the results and sticking with it.

Just want to keep improving my tennis and stay injury free.

Five planche push ups (now on three)
Official sub 40min 10k (done 37 on a watch, 40m07s on a hilly road 10k!!)
Hold a front lever for longer
Hold a flag for longer
Surf even more
Swim more
Pretend I'm not nearly 40.

I Started the "Zone" Diet today. it's pretty much the same as my normal diet with the inclusion of a proper breakfast. The Big difference is the weighing and measuring of all the food for a month until i can use my eye.

Currently on 3 x 5 block meals with 3 x 1 block snacks

Currently dot on 15 stone/210lbs at 5'8.

Plan is to lose a couple of stone/30lbs through working out and running.
Had lost a few pound towards the end of 2013 but the gym I go to closed in early December for refurbishment and I slackened off, should have ran over Christmas really.
Back open today so back at it bounce

Wouldn't mind seeing 13 stone on the scales in June, anytime earlier would be a bonus.

I reckon it's my stty Christmas diet and getting out of routine. Should be fine when I'm back up at 6am and working til 10pm from next week onwards. :'(

Yeah, the diet and probably piss-poor sleeping patterns.
