Im 5'8 too and 13.5 stone, would like to be around 15 stone with 10% body fat laugh
I'm going to try and lose my fat first, I must be about 20%-25% bodyfat. I hide it well tho with clothes on, it's mainly on my ass and stomach.
15 stone at 10% would look great, especially at 5"8 biggrin

Anyone doing or has done GVT?

Can you post details of your routine please?

Starting it this week but looking for some inspiration.

6ft 4 and 16s 8lb. Would like to be down around 15s 6lb. Plan is Weights/Cardio mixed with a bit of insanity workouts as I enjoy them. Down side is working shifts and going after/in between night shifts.

The dive to 5% body fat has begun.

Part 1 is a short sharp shock (PSMF) to lose about 2-3lbs, most of which i laid on in November/December/xmas, that gets me from 9% to 7% in 2-3 weeks (easy bit, done that several times)

Below 7% it gets hard! Best i've managed is 6.5%

So 2-3 weeks from 9% to 7%
Probably 2 months from 7% to 5%

Down from 18st 7lb to 18st 5lb since Friday, had a couple of insanity sessions intersparsed with ice Hockey on sunday night. Yesterday was my rest day, today Pure cardio and cardio abs.

Clothes are really starting to feel loose now, which, to be fair they should be as I was 19st 13lb back in November!

Another way is to have a pair of trousers that you struggle to fit into. Watch how you manage to fit into it more easily every time.

Viz Top Tip: to save the heartache of putting on the pounds, buy bigger trousers.

I'm in.

Short term goals are losing the additional padding gained following injury rehab from September and getting back to regular running.

Long term goals are a summer offroad marathon and a race called the T184 in late August.

I'd be interested to see how bodybuilder like I could get naturally. I know I'm not anywhere near peak muscle yet and without being big headed I'm huge tongue out
I like food too much to bother though laugh
(Carries on eating curry and chips)
