It's 2014, and it's not the summer, so the "2013 Summer Transformation" thread is looking a bit tired. And since Hoofy is too fat and lazy to create another one i thought i'd do it.

My goals for this year are much the same as last year, most of which i failed (i'm blaming the elbow injury i inflicted on myself in April, and which is still not 100%)
- 3x bodyweight deadlift (again... didn't quite manage it last year 2.96x)
- Planche pushups on bar (then on rings)
- Slow muscleup on rings
- 60 second front lever
- Get to 5% body fat (novelty value!)
- Put another half inch on my calves

to lift more than smiffy180....

in seriousness to loose the 10kg's i've put on in the past 4 months and then a little more - go from the current 107 kg's down to a little over 90 would do me nicely

However it's not just that as I'd love to fit in my nice 34" golf trousers again!

Excellent! Just the motivation I need to sort my st out.

Aim to get below 11st and stay there. Currently just under 12st.

Want to get body fat down from ~22% to under 10%

Other than those specifics, just want to add size and definition.

By biggest downfall has always been eating clean. But it has begun and will last.

Will add more when I've given my other targets careful consideration.

56 on a park 10k, wood track and undulating. That was also at around 260lbs.
The Manchester 10k is flat. So long as my ankles are fine I'm set for 45-50 min time.

Speed deadlifts are good for this, I do them during warmup sets

Practising with hang cleans could help your power cleans.

You should be able to do that then. The hardest thing i find is knowing how hard to push i always worry i will go to fast early on in the run but then at the end think i should of gone faster.
