Yohimbine? That's one of those 'whizz' type things?
It's a monoamine oxidase inhibitor derived from tree bark (apparently). I haven't used it before but I am expecting it to be a bit speedy. However if it messes with my sleep I won't be using it for long. Keeping my sleep intact and protecting general well-being are more important than fast fat loss.

Just skimmed this thread and laughed out loud at parts of it. Mumbo-jumbo strikes again!

The unrealistic expectations are also pretty silly. Anyone with 20% body fat should be thinking about how to get to 15%, not 10%. I have rarely got to around 10% since I have been a proper grown up with a proper job, and it was always actively unpleasant (reducing from about 12%). Massive case of diminishing returns once your body fat is in the low teens. It is so much harder to be super lean than to be merely in decent shape. And there are practically no health benefits to having 10% rather than 12% (or even 14%).
The lowest I got was 13.2%. I think I looked better at 15%.
