2-hourly paracetamol at full dose will quickly nuke your liver. Don't exceed the recommended adult doses and reduce if you're frail/underweight. Split the timings of ibuprofen and paracetamol so you have cover through the day if you want but otherwise follow the advice above.

Keep hydrated, drink green tea or yellow bark tea if you can find it.
Eat soup, make sure you have fruit and veg if you can stomach them, your body is generating heat so is likely to be burning more calories than normal so make sure you eat/take in calories.
Warm bath/shower will make you feel better too.
Remember that your body is generating this heat for a reason and your immune system should be allowed to do its work,
as always its best to go see your doctor.

Note to self: Don't assume PHers will by default stick to the recommended adult doses...
