Anyone on this drug by any chance?

Any side effects experienced at all?

Eplerenone is a drug used in heart failure to stengthen the heart after a heart attack.
Those taking it will have a better chance of recovery of heart function than does who don't.
Side efects usually is kidney function deterioration with hight potassium level developing, lowering of blood pressure and hence can make you feel faint....generally it is well tolerated.
