Bump - I assume it is best to buy a custom mould rather than ageneric mould off the internet?
Looking to have a go at whitening my teeth using the carbamide peroxide gel.

You can buy a mould that you make yourself.You heat them in hot water to make them malleable before putting them in and sucking/clenching.Seems to give a good fit when I have done it.

Thanks for the reply, I ended up going through Everyday teeth on eBay who have sent me some putty to indent my teeth imprints into, to then send to them and they will return a custom tray for me.

"Wasted" £500 on laser teeth whitening a decade ago. It did next to nothing.

Yep, the US ones work OK, just don't expect the retina burning hammerite white you see on TV with them - you'll only get that with a proper treatment.
