Any SAD sufferers here?

How's it going for you this year? Feels pretty good so far for me. Not many moments when I feel down, and only one fleeting occurrence of wish I was dead.
Think my new job with an office full of big windows has helped massively. Three years of winter windows has nearly undone nine years of lightless cubicle torture.
Still got that ache of missing sunlight, but wow, what a pleasant difference. Think I may be able to enjoy Christmas for the first time in over 13 years.
Any law types here think my former employers were negligent of my health? Only asking like......

Really struggled to get out of bed this week - not been too bad until now. A few instances of utter doom and despair, not helped by a few bad things happening at home. But nowhere near the wheres-my-belt thoughts of a couple of years ago.
Also started a new job, with big office windows looking out into the countryside this year which has helped. If some of the things that have happened in my life recently had happened last winter, or the year before, I probably wouldn't be here to type this.

Used to have a bit of an issue with it, not as bad now.
Couple of tips if you aren't using them already, Vit D daily as mentioned and I also use one of those alarm clocks that replicates sunrise/sunset.

A bit overpriced for what it is TBH but I have found it helps so it's been worth it for me.

I suffer from SAD. The weather here in Westchester NY has been horrible for like 2 weeks straight. Rain almost every day and no sunlight. Just dark, gloomy and dim and dull. I actually called out sick the other day because I just couldnt get out of bed that morning with looking outside it was dark and rainy. Absolutely miserable! I really genuinely hate the winter!
I suffer quite badly, and have got a light box, which helps. Similar to this:

I've noticed a real difference since I started using this a few years ago. I'll put it on in the morning while I'm having breakfast etc, and it really seems to wake me up and and give me more energy.

My daughter suffers from SAD - have noticed a marked improvement since we started using this lightbox regularly:
