Yoga/Pilates/Other for flexibility
Discussion
At first it does. It also depends on what kind of mat you use. Ive got a cheap £5.99 mat from sports direct thats quite padded and if need be you can always fold it over on itself. I do also have a Manduka travel mat but its incredibly think and basically like having you head on a hard floor, that hurts. One of those things, you get used to it fast. I always used to get a massive head rush whilst doing inversions but that doesn't affect me now.
I have been practicing yoga. It really helps me. However now I have to do yoga at home( I certainly will not be able to perform something like this as in the photo! But I'm aiming for it! And I'm sure with the help of this resource https://yogapractice.com/yoga/yoga-mats-the-best-o... I will be able to achieve this result. There you can choose a convenient individual training regime for everyone, and you can also buy the necessary equipment. Isn't that beautiful?
