Flat bench session today. Doing ok considering i havent done bench press for over a year until about 3 weeks ago, 5x5 at 90kg then some speed work at 80/70kg.
Weighted dips at +40kg, 4 sets of 10 to finish. I'm 76kg, so thats 116kg. I cant bench that much for 1 rep
10x10 squats tomorrow @ 90kg.... the last session at 85kg was really really tough and i'm scared!

I don't get the scared thing. What's gonna happen? You fail. Why's that scary? These posters for instance:
Oh do fk OFF. Scared. You don't fking know what scared means. Try lead climbing. Bunch of gym pussies.
PS I don't mean you, Pilchard, I'm referring to the idiots who put those posts together.
PPS The only brave person in a gym is the obese person who has taken the decision to attend a gym for the first time. That takes real courage because, rightly or wrongly, they will expect everyone to be staring and judging.

I'm scared at the gym because it's haunted by a spooky spectre. WOOOHHHOOOOOoooo- that's the noise it makes. Spooky, scary stuff. Maybe that's what the posters are about?Oh do fk OFF. Scared. You don't fking know what scared means. Try lead climbing. Bunch of gym pussies.

Ah. That is scary st. I've seen a documentary where a house was built over an old graveyard. st gets real.Ive been playing Football once a week for a couple of months now, played Friday night this week and Sat and today my feet have been killing me especially first thing in the morning I struggled to walk when I first got out of bed on Sat. When ive been up and about for a bit the pain goes totally.
I presume you have muscles in your feet of some sort and that's what the issue is. Any ideas what this could be and why its happened or more to the point how to avoid it again as ive never had it before. Playing on the same pitch with the same trainers etc.
