Nice lift! What's your daily intake calorie difference, old Ben v new Ben?
I think my goals need reappraising. My ageing body isn't appreciating the dash for maximum weight, and I'm really concious of injuries impacting on all training, so I need to take a different approach to getting my 'bikini body'
Question: If I increase the reps at moderate weights, and then add drop sets to failure, will my muscle mass continue to build? Or do you have to increase the resistance to get bigger?
