I hope so, If i can get to 15% body fat at 130kg (unlikely but i'll try!) I get £1k from a friend because his online calculator says i'll be 105-110kg! :O
Do you know of anyone else who has achieved those stats? (15% at 130kg)

Seems enormously improbable.

Ah, there's also the XL expo to choose from.
I know there's quite a few of my friends doing the strongman comp at that one.

I'll have to see closer to the time smile

Nice going. You made it look easy.

My best DB push press was 35kg but I had a slightly dodgy shoulder at the time. (Doubt I could do much more TBH.)

And?
You should really get into strongman more, there's people your age/size putting up impressive weights!

Google UK Masters/Yorkshire Masters for example smile

TBH whilst getting strong is interesting, I'm more interested in getting bigger and I'm not sure that just lifting heavy will get the job done. Been focusing more on GVT in the last few months and that seems to be working plus I get fewer injuries!

BUT I do get lured back to strength work as it's much more interesting.

True - but I want maximum growth for the effort. Plus when I've focused on just strength work, I've bounced from injury to injury.

Also, I've seen enough stronger men at my gym who are no bigger than me. Very disheartening to see. (They're probably lifting 30% heavier than me.)
