Shadows. Turn off the flash and use the room's lighting (which points down).

In 300 (the film), they used a combination of lighting and makeup to give the actors more pronounced muscle definition. biggrin

A few Eastern Europeans have rented a smallish room above a shop in my home town and every evening it's absolutely packed with their fellow countrymen doing nothing but kettlebells. And they're all huge.

So with the 10kg weight loss my test levers are higher! woohoo
Not a huge increase but I'll take it. Hopefully I'll have normal levels by the time I've done dieting smile

Why did he only buy a little one though? wink

I've got a 24kg for home swingerage. £80, IIRC.

I have a whopper, I think 24kgs too.

Too feckin' heavy for me but makes a fine door stop.
