Shadows. Turn off the flash and use the room's lighting (which points down).

A few Eastern Europeans have rented a smallish room above a shop in my home town and every evening it's absolutely packed with their fellow countrymen doing nothing but kettlebells. And they're all huge.

Not a huge increase but I'll take it. Hopefully I'll have normal levels by the time I've done dieting

I have a whopper, I think 24kgs too.

Too feckin' heavy for me but makes a fine door stop.
