Rasberry Ketones weight loss pills
Discussion
Its really not difficult. Consume less than you burn = weight loss. There isnt anything more to it. Any kind of pill (other than prescribed medications maybe) wont do anything.
Ricky Gervais for example said himself he didnt change his diet to lose the weight, he simply started excercising a lot. Again, simple maths at work. Eat a slab of cheese therefore run 10 miles etc etc.
Get myfitnesspal and log EVERYTHING. I guarantee you are consuming way way more than you think you are. Probably by a few thousand calories.

Home made burger and oven chips
Steak and douphin pots
Don't really do deserts - but IF and that's rare it will be Devon ice cream
Don't eat chocolate hardly ever
Don't eat sweets again hardly ever
Only drink water or (beer/cider/wine etc)
Mainly buy fruit and veg from local shops and only high quality meat and lean meat at that.
Booze wise ahem ... Say Thurs/Fri/Sat or just two of those days I'd possibly have 4-6beers a night, on a big occasion (over and above those) can easily push into very high teens for the ales over a long day.
We eat late at night every night as kids go to bed first and I get home not too early from work so generally eat 8:30-9:30 and generally get to bed 10-10:30 roughly.
Thoughts.

Try to cut/reduce pasta, rice, taters, chips, bread, etc - replace with more fresh vegetables.
If you're serious about losing fat cut the drinking too.

There's no point asking for weight loss advice on here. All you get is a bunch of wkers patting each other on the back while pointing and laughing at the "fattie".
They're actually less judgmental on Mumsnet.
No everyone is just saying you cant cheat it and its simple if you really try to do it.They're actually less judgmental on Mumsnet.
You basically eat the same as me (I'll usually have a breakfast bar and a banana or something before I go to work too though) and my BMI is 22.
Have you tried a phone app to measure intake and give you targets? I think myfitnesspal doesn't let you aim to lose more than a few lb per week mind.

Is that just salad most days of the week?
Not sure I could do that for a whole week let alone a month.
This is the problem, your perception is wrong. you don't diet by eating salad (I do like a nice salad mind) you eat what you usually eat but less of it. If you want your diet to 'bite' more you can cut certain things out (like potatoes/rice/pasta/oils/sauces/dressings/processed foods/sweats).Not sure I could do that for a whole week let alone a month.
Portion control is a good first step. But the best thing to do is calorie count and aim for 1800 calories a day (ish).

Leave out the bullsh!t and eat better would be my suggestion.
A month will give no significant impact though. Not sure I could do that for a whole week let alone a month.

You're lying or eating massive portions.Unless you buy premade good which tells you the calories its very hard to judge.
We do make pretty much every meal from scratch - kind of a hobby we have together. Lots of veg fruit etc.
I easily have 8-10portions a day of fruit and veg, easily.

Dont forget the asprin. Classic ECA stack. I know that works, and would shift a lot of lard in a month.
Some people use it but it's not essential. The synergistic effect of E & C is what melts the fat off.Welshbeef said:

Ditch the orange juice, bread and other unnecessary carbs. Eat more protein. Track your calories using an app like MyFitnessPal.Welshbeef said:

Yon's a lot of calories. I reckon you might make a weight loss calorie target with your fruit and booze intake!Unless you buy premade good which tells you the calories its very hard to judge.

Your booze intake is the same as a couple of extra meals!
Hmm but not eating two main meals earlier in the week would be very difficult. Your booze intake is the equivilent of 3 days total food and drink for me at the moment.
So you are basically having a ten day week if you say stick to 1500cal the other days....

You shouldn't lump fruit and veg together, fruit is sugar don't eat loads of fruit, 2 piece at most a day, veg or most veg eat as much as you like, fill up on it, that's what I do, massive veg portions instead of 'the evil carbs'. Unless you buy premade good which tells you the calories its very hard to judge.

Sad truth here. I love my real ale - but at roughly 200 cals a pint, you are consuming an extra 800 - 1200 calories there. Your booze intake is the equivilent of 3 days total food and drink for me at the moment.
So you are basically having a ten day week if you say stick to 1500cal the other days....
So that's 50% of you daily recommended calories on top on meals, on about 40% of the days. It all adds up.
God this is depressing....
If I load up on a protein heavy breakfast, I can easily forget to have lunch. Not suggesting this is a great plan, but it certainly shows it completely suppresses my hunger well into the evening. typically large helping of scrambled eggs, couple of slices of black pudding and a load of mushrooms.
