I used to buy it off Amazon, it wasn't available the last time I checked.

I saw a programme this week that said you can buy...'night milk'.

Use it when traveling long haul East on business for a few days and it works for me. Buy it off the Internet from a reputable site. Only available on prescription in the UK.

used it for years to fight jet lag. Now still use it if I'm having trouble sleeping. I normally buy mine in the States

Bought this in Canada from a local supermarket to combat Jet Lag and find it works brilliantly for me at both ends of the journey

I use it a lot due to my work (long haul pilot), and I find it works well, and without any residual tiredness once I wake up.

I also buy it in the USA.

I have an amazing ability to fall asleep very quickly but find it impossible to stay asleep. Three drops of this under the tongue makes me sleep like a baby only without waking up covered in st and shouting for my mum.

I've only used it a couple of times, but has proved to work for me each time. I wouldn't say I suffer from any real sleep issues, just broken sleep, but I have slept much better each time I've used it.

I bought a load from Walmart when I was in the US, seems to work nicely for jet-lag and the odd few times I need to sleep well.

It's POM here, but legal to possess/import for personal use.

Have it on prescription for my son. Used to work well for him but seems to have lost its effectiveness with regular use. Now supplemented with Chloral Hydrate...

I use it if I'm struggling to relax before bed, takes a little while (30-60 mins) to kick in. Bought it in Walmart in the US; it's very cheap there.

It does if you use it all the time you should have a 2week break every couple of months to reset the body clock

Has anyone got a link for a reputable site to get it here? I'm really struggling with a new shift pattern.

There's a link earlier in the thread. If it's legit, natrol is a brand I've used, bought from Walgreens here in the US.

I bought some in China years ago and found it really helpful, bought some off the internet recently and binned it as it gave me horrendous diarrhoea! Tread carefully, was really unpleasant.
Avoid biovea at all costs.

I wonder why it's not available over the counter in the UK. There must be a reason it's prescription-only. Could there be side effects from long term use?

Not to be confused with what Michael Jackson was addicted to, Propofol which also sends you to sleep
