With a 3% incline I managed 2.23 kilometers.

Not super fit - more a casual gym user and just use treadmill to warm up before weights.

Be interested to see others distances!

At the moment about 3km, but I hate treadmills so would be outside by preference. At my fittest, about 3.6km but that was years ago!

That's a nice challenge!

I could probably manage around 2.3 in 10 mins.

These days (at 40), 2.37. In my late teens, 2.7 (average over ten miles).

Nice, so what's that - constant 18kph?

Have allot fo work to do if I want to get anywhere near close to that, I must be around the 13.5kph mark. Tend to start off slower then ramp up towards the end.

Keeping pace at 14.1kph would yield 2.35km... No time to do it though. biggrin

I'd hope that 3:20/km (so yes, 18kph) is my half marathon pace at the moment. Unfortunately it's more like my 10k pace fight now hehe Lots of work to do - consistency is key!
