I think I have lymphoma
Discussion
I'm doing fine.
My advice is to ask for another blood test, even if there is nothing wrong it will put your mind at ease.
My bloods were all over tge place, frpm that I went to a specialist clinic at Kings College Hospital, had an ultrascran, PET scan, lymph node removed, from that they can tell if its benign, Non Hodgkins Lymphoma or Hodgkins Lymphoma, the difference between the 2 gives different treatments
Mu symptoms were
Night sweats, literally soaking the bed, I thought I'd wet it
Swollen nodes in my neck & under my armpit
Constant cough, that was a tumour on my chest.
Fatigue
Trouble is there are plenty of nor.al illnesses that can cause this.
Never had the weight loss, was gutted.
Let us know any updates

Apologies for the epic thread bump, but how is everyone getting on?
I’ve been back and forth to the Doctor after a lymph node swelled to the size of an egg in my armpit. Bloods all came back clear and was referred for 2 ultra sounds 8 weeks apart. They confirmed it was swollen lymph but didn’t look suspicious. Also found several other swollen ones I wasn’t aware of.
Doctor at a loss for cause and is now asking advice from Haematology whether I need a referral for biopsy to look for Lymphoma. Have suffered from fatigue and persistent itching for few months which could also be a symptom but Doctor doesn’t seem too concerned.
Not overly anxious at the minute but mindful it could be something sinister.
I would be hounding the docs for that referral you need to have it biopsied no question. With my condition I've never had a blood test come back anything other than normal. I had a 50p size node in my groin which was initially misdiagnosed as a cyst but actually peer reviewed within our GPs surgery and I was referred. I had no symptoms at all other than an enlarged node. I also had a lot of smaller nodes that popped up on a couple of CT/PETs but aren't enlarged. I had some nodes removed from my underarm its a pretty painful op but I would be ringing the docs Monday and persist with them for that referral. They don't know anything until a biopsy is done.
