Impressive, How do you spend a whole hour on abs, are you Peter Andre ?

And can you still bend in the middle today ?

I hate training abs. Usually do about twenty crunches after my main workout and get bored laugh

Pretty pointless. Best to work them as a result of other moves: deadlift, squats, others.

Spending a day on abs is odd, I do planks or ab cycles after every work out but before my stretching. I do 3x1minute+ planks or 300 ish ab cycles (I often lose count as I sometimes sprint them). I have a nice strong core smile I can do 3minute+ planks if im in the right mood (mind over matter).

BTW I do isolation as I'm crap at compound.

So... (sorry but this is a correct use of "so" at the start of a sentence), if I do loads of squats with 5kg on the bar, will I have really strong legs?

What a load of ste.

Whilst I'm dubious that you lost a stone in 7 days, because since your body was getting very little nutrition, it is not a sustainable diet, and you'll soon put all of that 'lost' weight back on once you return to 'proper' eating.

Wow it took me 6 weeks to lose just over a stone. That was a full on HIIT program with very low carb and low sugar intake. Seems some people can s41t out more than that in one sitting biggrin

I've dropped a stone in the last 5/6 weeks also, from keeping a macro split of 40/40/20 Protein, Carbs and Fat and limiting intake to 1500kcals. That's with relatively little exercise on top.

I lost a stone since the 13th of June, just over.

I think its a combination of 1500 calories a day, a bit of exercise, no booze and very careful selection of what I do eat. I guess from 17 stone to 16 will be harder than 18 to 17.

If I drank 8/10 cans in a week, a bottle of wine and a few shorts, losing that, plus the crap it makes you eat, must be a pounds worth of calories, 3500.

Dropping a thousand plus calories from what I eat a day could be two pounds a week, burn some from exercise, it mounts up, just like overeating and getting overweigh in the first place, but that is less of a concious effort and goes on more slowly.

Well as title says it is Just a quick weight loss diet!
I lost 10 pounds in week and this was about year ago, I haven't put the weight back on.
I think these rapid weight loss diets can motivate people to continue a healthy eating life once they see and feel the results, for me it changed what I eat, I now eat about 70% less pasta, bread and chocolate.
For other people of course they will put the weight back on if you go back to your old habits!

As I have said before, I find it much easier to eat well but still a couple burn 2000/2500 calories a day and burn a 1000 or so by playing golf most days.

Nope. I typically work 0630 till 14-1530 and I dont have kids. Leaves some time after golf if there are things to catch up on.

If I don't feel like golfing, I will go for a 2hr walk instead with my partner, doesn't do as much but still should put my in calorie deficit.

As I mentioned a few pages back, it actually can be quite easy to burn 1000 calories just by a little excercise and the odd walk, I can easily burn 1000 calories in a day just by a run or 45 mins bootcamp and a dog walk in the evening.
