Serious question. You have at least 7 big dogs? Ones a handful hehe

My input: Try smaller dinner plates, simple but you get a plate full of food still but its less. I like crisps but only buy Walkers baked ones as there is nothing in them, I like beer too but only have it at weekends.

You're at least doing some exercise but tbh its just not enough, do a bit more but do what you enjoy otherwise you will never stick to it. Try a bit of running as its easy to fit into life.

Yeah, smaller portions. I tried a thing for a while that seemed less-bullstty than most of the other bumf out there: eat SLOWER. Savour your food (so you also won't feel short-changed if you do keep your portion sizes down a bit), and give your belly time to fill up, and your brain time to notice, before you go back for seconds.
