Pain beneath my ear. What is it?

For a couple of days I have felt an aching below one ear. No pain inside the ear, no swelling, jaw works fine, no pain when chewing, but if I push on it with my finger it aches below and just to the front.

Yes, I should go to a GP, but I live in the Philippines, and it is not so simple to arrange.

Plus, I trust you guys more than local quacks.
