Can we swop? - my right knee is stuffed.

Just a random shout out to a good sports physio, I went in for other problems, but complained about my knee - she looked at it, and gave some really helpful advice. Sounds like you have been to the docs, have you tried a private physio?

Sports physio/steroids for the arthritis. If the tears aren't too bad a course of Nandrolone will help the healing process. Sort the knee then deal with the cyst.

nandrolone, the "anabolic steroid with tissue-building properties, used unlawfully to enhance performance in sport." ?

that one?

Nandrolone, previously used for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, but now no longer recommended.

maybe if you were competing for Mother Russia next Olympics....

Go and chat to a specialist,

Thanks for the replies, the Physio said they can control it without surgery, not sure if it is for the best or just NHS cost cutting, so off to the gym to do all the lady exercises, unless there are other solutions???
