Anyone familiar with this program? I'm looking to get lean and reduce my body fat, and it seems to tick most of the boxes (doesn't require huge time investment, or a lot of floor space!)

I did the normal insanity programme a few years back and had to quit after 3 weeks because my knee was shagged, how does this compare from an impact point of view?

Mrs The_Doc does this sort of thing.

She thought Shaun T (Max 30 creator) was good, but went back to Billy Blanks afterwards.

Billy Blanks seems the nuts, and she's doing about 5x30mins per week added in to 10k running.

I watch in amazement. But then I play 2 hours of squash a week. I need a sport to keep fit, running and gym work isn't enough for my victory-addicted psyche. The other player(s) must be beaten!

Not done Insanity Max 30 but recently finished T25 - Shaun T again and mixes in weights with cardio. Enjoyed it and got some good results - dropped a stone and toned up and improved fitness which were my main aims.

P90X3 is good too.

Thanks chaps. Started it last night and it kicked my butt! Certainly left me realising how far I am from where I want to be, fitness wise!

Still, one day down....! Was quite impact heavy on the knees so hopefully they stand up to it!

Nearly at the end of week three now and really enjoying it. Thoroughly recommended for anyone who wants to get their arse kicked into gear without spending hours a day working out.

8lbs down in three weeks - which doesn't sound a lot but I have definitely gained muscle too. My arms especially. Feeling fitter and definitely leaner, I think I can see a hint of abs under there somewhere...!

I've never followed it through as all the jumping about aggravated old running injuries (and modifying is just dull) but I love Insanity and Max 30. And I do Ab Attack 10 a few times a week for core strength - it's about the only way I can keep motivated to do core work.
