Do I have an Alcohol problem?
Discussion
Yeah 25-35 units is not a lot in the big scheme of things. It's what around 3 bottles of wine a week? That's a couple of glasses a day.
The bigger issue regarding having a "drink problem" as opposed to being alcoholic is, to my mind at least, does it have negative impacts on your behavior? Many people may not be alcoholics but absolutely do have drink problems.

You could have a friendly chat with a doctor? Even small amounts of alcohol are harmful. Such consistent intake much more so.
Soon you'll be the one who needs to grab the car keys if the Mrs is unwell or going into labour, same if your little one bumps their head or has a high temperature. It certainly seems a good time to make some adjustments.

If that works for you then that's not necessarily a problem. People drink, or don't drink for a variety of reasons.
If I had the time, and didn't fear the consequences, I'd have a glass in my hand the entire time. Viva booze!
Guilt, or some attempt at self-control, prevents me drinking more.
Sadly, threads like this usually end up being taken down a rather zero-tolerance route, which is irrelevant to the vast majority of UK adults, who like drinking, but not to excess.
