I am at Butlins in minehead (shock horror) for their Madness and Ska weekend. Love madness and ska music but Butlins is definitely not my thing but sometimes you have to do things that are new hey because that's what's good about life right? hehe

Morning! I'm a wee bit stressed because the personal care assistant that was meant to be doing Sunday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon has come down with a dose of the brown rain, sorting out the patchwork of people who can cover the gap was not what I needed or wanted to be doing this week!

How are things going for you today?

Recalls borrowing a Fiat Panda (dreadful cars those...) to carry aquapanel equivalent home once - it stuck out over the windscreen, over the back of the car, over each side of the car, and 3 sheets slightly overloaded the weight limit of the roof rack - it was a sight though!

If I was local I'd put it on the roof rack but not for a 4 hour drive

Positives: 3 month into new job. Less stress, more money and enjoying it.

Negatives: Longer (3 hours/80 miles) commute is taxing especially in winter time.

Curious question, anyone officially declared the condition to DVLA? (assuming that you are on meds).

I never told the DVLA as it was a whole can of worms I could have done without when very sick Dr told me not to drive so I didn't an to behonest did not want to. Its your call of course but the DVLA are not the best at record keeping

I'd agree. Worth mentioning though that up until a couple of years ago I had never had any issues in my life, everything seemed rosy. The last couple of years though have had there ups and downs, I have at times been in some dark places and had some major mood swings but have always dealt with this myself, (rightly or wrongly?) Have just managed to avoid going to my doctor about these issues, again, not sure if that has been a good or bad thing?
If you are reading DVLA, you know its you that caused my issues so in light of recent PHSO report, make of that what you will. My legal team are also watching biggrin

Away from the above, how are you Rob???
I'm late to this whole topic but did read it all from start to finish last night. Hope life is good?
Read some truly cracking and inspirational posts on this thread last night clap

I just managed to avoid going to my doctors when I contracted tuberculosis. Good job I 'managed', it would have cost me a fortune otherwise. It would have made me a social pariah as well! Awful. Much worse than the potential long-term consequences...
