t when everyone else around is so happy. I have my up and down moods like most of us have.Real depression I had was over 40 years ago.
Couldn't get food down properly and everything in live felt black.I went to the doctor for help regarding swallowing food but he wasn't that interested.I got myself out of it which took weeks but I did.Work pressure and night shifts got me.
After my recent cancer operation I was down, the uncertainty got me after the op because survival was slim in my case.A marvellous nurse I went to for counselling got me back and made me face what I have.Supporting family.

Currently in a hotel in Istanbul on an unscheduled layover due to a missed flight connection to Iran, so wishing everyone a happy new year if I don't get online before that. So proud of how you have handled things rob, and we will meet up again soon as both Anne and I really enjoy your company. 2016 has been a bit of a bh for all, here's to a better 2017.

What a guyh for all, here's to a better 2017.Hi all its my birthday tomorrow and for the first time for a while I'm looking forward to it , my landlady who has become a friend has encouraged me to have a party , a year ago this seemed impossible, can't thank the people in my life enough , surround yourself with the right people and they will carry you
