Hi all , just wanted to say hello and update if that's ok, so new job going well , selling cars is definitely a unique job! Physically​ I've hit a gym time to get rid of my dad bod ! Biggest challenge is my divorce and ex including seeing the kids but thanks to you guys on here I've come out of a deep hole and aware of what can set me back, best bit of advice I can give is if your feeling low is please talk to someone , I can honestly say you guys on here saved me and I wish I could repay you all !

Hi all just wanted to say hi ,haven't posted for a while but will never forget the support I got on here ,will be honest reading through this again was bloody hard and I may of a had a tear in my eye ,I've learnt to recognise what gets me down and how to manage my energy , eg pick my battles , and when I'm feeling low I know what to do to combat it , is it easy ? Sometimes yes most days no , but i no longer feel ashamed , working hard ,have good friends ,an amazing family , just please remember one thing , and I mean this 100% I honestly believe you guys on here saved my life ! How can I repay that !
