I myself can understand what it is like. Taking meds has totally changed my life. Makes you wonder how you ever managed without them.

I remember you telling me that the CV and LinkedIn profile I created for you didn’t contain a word of a lie but didn’t sound like you..... it good to know that you can now see that guy too and the jobs are moving on. Keep it up and pay it forward

Great to this thread still running and that you are still on the up and still feeling good and doing well .
It’s amazing how life can change . Especially when we hit that low and can’t even see how we gonna make it out of bed to what we can build back up to . Keep updating rob as it is often others stories that help others in times of need

So nice to read , do I have it sussed? Nope but working on it , have things improved? Massively! This thread , meds , and my friends I've needed all 3 , and the best message? Went from the lowest part of my life to the best , went from not wanting to live to enjoying life , best bit of advice , talk to your best friend s all the best and so thankful rob

Yup, looks like health problems are behind me and apart from creaky joints (to be expected at my age) I feel better than I have in a long time. Next year I'll be 70 (!) so I'm thinking of as many daft things to do as possible - carpe diem and all that.
